Aurea Seoul is committed to providing 100% authentic and original Korean skincare products imported directly from verified sources.
  • Product descriptions, images, and formulations are subject to change by the original manufacturer without prior notice.
  • While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in product packaging may occur.
  • Skincare results vary by individual. We recommend doing a patch test before fully integrating a new product into your routine.

2. Pricing and Orders

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or run promotional discounts at any time.
  • Order Confirmation: Placing an order does not constitute a legally binding contract until we have confirmed stock availability and dispatched the items.
  • Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • Wholesale Orders: Bulk or wholesale orders may be subject to separate agreements, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and specific payment terms discussed during the inquiry process.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh using trusted third-party courier services.
  • Delivery timelines (Inside Dhaka vs. Outside Dhaka) are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. Aurea Seoul is not liable for delayed or returned parcels due to incorrect customer details.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the hygiene and safety standards associated with skincare products, our return policy is strictly regulated.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, leaked, or incorrect product, you must notify us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, along with unboxing video/photo proof.
  • Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" or if a product does not suit your specific skin type.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, text, and images related to Aurea Seoul, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or copy this content for commercial purposes without written consent.
